Franca Williams

Franca began her career at the TD Bank in 1974 as a bank teller.  She worked her way up through every position at the retail branch and became Branch Manager.  As Branch Manager, Franca was responsible for growing the branch’s assets and coaching staff. Franca consistently achieved excellent financial results, surpassed projected financial goals and won numerous awards for growing her branch’s business.  Also, many of the staff she mentored later became branch managers themselves. 

In 1997, Franca joined the TD Waterhouse Private Client Services Group as an Account Executive and found her true passion in wealth management.  From 1999 to 2009, she was consistently ranked in the top five of the sales force across Canada, bringing in $35 to $50 million to the Private Client Group.

Franca joined Fairbank Investment Management Limited in 2012.
