Sam Szeto, MBA, CFA
Senior Investment Analyst Sam started his investment career at Peregrine Asset Management in Hong Kong in 1992 where he was an Asia (Ex-Japan) Equity Analyst. Returning to Canada, he joined Beutel Goodman as an International Equity Analyst from 1996 to 1999. From 2000 to 2005, Sam worked as a Senior Analyst/Co-Portfolio Manager, covering global equities at Irish Life Investment Managers in Dublin, Ireland. Sam finally settled in Toronto with his family; between 2005 to 2015, he was an International Equity Analyst at Foyston, Gordon & Payne and a Senior Analyst at North American equities, Morrison Williams/Aston Hill Asset Management. Sam graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Political Studies and from Queen’s University with a Master of Business Administration. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1996. Sam joined Fairbank Investment Management Limited in May 2015 with a primary responsibility in research. |
